The reception staff was helpful from the start I especially appreciated how quickly they addressed any questions I had the hotel was very clean and well maintained and the air conditioning worked perfectly i also appreciated the breakfast. It was plentiful and offered great variety
the gym had limited equipment it could benefit from a few upgrades

the hotel has excellent proximity to the city center and i found the easy access to nearby beaches a major plus plus there are several restaurants bars and shopping opportunities close to the hotel , made it very convenient

my room included a wonderful sea view it was nice because the room had air conditioning and i found the bathroom to be very clean and well maintained plus i appreciated that all needs were met by reception staff promptly

The staff was very helpful! I appreciated the prompt assistance provided. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The location was perfect. It was near several restaurants.
The bed was very hard. I did not sleep well. The room smelled of damp. It was quite unpleasant! The pool was unkept and needed cleaning. It was disappointing.

the reception staff were helpful i got cash for my ride to the airport without problems. the hotel location is great and the facility is nice. the staff was friendly and cute. the variety of fresh food was good especially the salads at every meal.
the pool area was somewhat unclean including the garden areas this could have been improved.
